Since 2025, Guangdong Yisanqi Technology Co., Ltd. has continuously made breakthroughs in the green new materials sector, securing authorization for eight invention patents related to bio-based polyurethane technologies. These patents cover core product lines such as film materials, inks, coatings, and adhesives. Notably, in June 2025, the company was granted an authorization for its "bio-based biodegradable polyurethane film material," which uses bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate combined with bio-based dimer acid as its key raw ingredients. Through a synergistic design incorporating internal crosslinkers and an antibacterial coating, this innovation achieves both biodegradability and long-lasting antimicrobial performance, delivering an antibacterial efficacy rate of over 99%. Meanwhile, in May 2025, the company launched its "bio-based polyurethane ink," formulated with a unique blend of bio-based isocyanates and polyols. This formulation reduces VOC emissions by up to 60% compared to conventional products, while the addition of BYK-425 dispersant from BYK addresses a major industry challenge—preventing water-based inks from easily separating into layers.
Previously, the company had already achieved certification under the four major systems—ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ZDHC. The recent formation of this patent portfolio further strengthens its technological barriers in the bio-based materials sector. Currently, the company has established ongoing collaboration with organizations such as SGS and BV for standardized testing, ensuring that all patented technologies are successfully commercialized. As a result, its products are now being supplied in bulk to downstream industries, including footwear, apparel, electronics, and construction.
