Scope of application:
An electrically heated constant-temperature incubator is a device that maintains a stable internal environment by heating via an electric heating element and utilizing an intelligent temperature-control system. It is widely used in fields such as biomedicine (for bacterial culture, cell proliferation, and PCR amplification), agricultural research (seed germination and edible mushroom cultivation), industrial testing (food microbiology analysis and material stability testing), and environmental studies (BOD measurement and soil microbial culture).
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly—and convenient adjustments.
Insulation Layer: An insulation protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation. This ensures stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Features a magnetic sealing strip to prevent heat loss and ensure long-term, stable operation.
Observe the glass: A double-layer tempered glass viewing window provides clear visibility of items heated inside the chamber while also offering excellent insulation performance.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: Equipped with a microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller featuring high precision, zero overshoot, temperature correction capability, and a timer function.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant-temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Optional Features: Multi-stage programmable controller (with customizable multiple temperature and time settings for automatic switching), needle-printing function, and USB storage interface.
