| Description
Scope of application:
An anaerobic incubator is a specialized piece of equipment that creates a strictly oxygen-free environment with oxygen concentrations ≤0.1% through a triple deoxygenation mechanism (vacuum displacement, inert gas purging, and palladium-catalyzed oxygen removal). It is primarily used in applications such as the cultivation and preservation of anaerobic microorganisms (e.g., in clinical diagnostics and microbial fermentation), biopharmaceuticals (including vaccine development and antibiotic production), environmental engineering (optimizing wastewater degradation), and food & agriculture (e.g., cheese fermentation and soil microbiology research).
Structural features:
Outer Box Body: The box body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional resistance to rust.
Operating Room: The operating rooms are entirely constructed from stainless steel panels—smooth, elegant, and highly resistant to corrosion while remaining durable over time.
Standard features include an illumination lamp, a UV sterilization lamp, and power outlets.
The operating room is equipped with an oxygen-removal catalyst.
Culture Chamber: Equipped with full-room constant-temperature technology, it can accommodate a large number of petri dishes and Erlenmeyer flasks for cultivation, as well as smaller instruments such as mini shakers. Centrifuges and more.
Observe the glass: Ultra-clear acrylic viewing window ensures clear visibility during operation;
Sample Transfer: Conducted via a hatch-style operation—before entering or exiting, a gas exchange is performed first, followed by entry into the incubator. This setup serves as both an access point for handling samples and can also be used to transfer culture dishes.
Sensors: Accessories such as temperature sensors, oxygen sensors, temperature control modules, and analog modules all utilize top-tier, domestically renowned brands.
Control Panel: Temperature control features a large LCD display and high-precision microcomputer-based management (with timer function), providing real-time temperature monitoring. The system delivers exceptional precision and stable performance, ensuring optimal conditions for anaerobic environments.
Airline system: Features a touch-switch-controlled solenoid valve, allowing for precise and flexible flow adjustment, as well as the ability to input any desired gas type.
Inflation and deflation: Equipped with a dual foot-operated switch, allowing direct foot control of the operation room’s inflation and deflation processes.
Safety systems: Equipped with an RCD (residual current device). Temperature-limiting protection.
