| Description
Scope of application:
An anaerobic workstation is a specialized piece of laboratory equipment designed to create and maintain either an oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment. By integrating advanced gas-control systems, highly sealed isolation mechanisms, and oxygen-removal devices, it can rapidly reduce internal oxygen levels to extremely low concentrations while stably sustaining this environment over time. Additionally, the workstation features temperature control, humidity regulation, and UV sterilization capabilities, providing sterile, oxygen-free, and precisely controlled conditions ideal for cultivating and handling anaerobic microorganisms.
In terms of applications, anaerobic workstations are widely used in biomedical research at universities and research institutions; the food industry; healthcare systems; pharmaceutical companies; environmental monitoring and agricultural research; as well as certain industrial sectors.
Structural features:
Outer Box Body: The box body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface. This results in a sturdy, robust structure with exceptional rust-resistant performance.
Laboratory: Supports both anaerobic and microaerophilic cultures (oxygen concentration: 0–10%).
The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. Standard features include an illumination lamp, a UV sterilization light, and a power outlet.
★The operating room features one-touch automatic anaerobic gas exchange. The gas exchange process is powered by fully automated control technology, with both positive and negative pressure protection systems in place.
The operation room is equipped with an oxygen-removal catalytic device that uses a highly efficient palladium catalyst, eliminating the need for frequent activation.
Culture Chamber: Equipped with full-room constant-temperature technology, it can accommodate a large number of petri dishes and Erlenmeyer flasks for cultivation, as well as smaller instruments such as mini shakers. Centrifuges and more.
Observe the glass: Ultra-clear acrylic observation window ensures clear visibility during operation; the window can be opened upward, making it easy to accommodate larger instruments and for convenient cleaning.
Sampling Chamber: ★The sampling (passageway) chamber features automatic vacuum pumping and automatic pressure maintenance. It also offers one-touch, automated anaerobic gas exchange for sampling.
Sample Transfer: Hatch-style operation—before entering or exiting, a gas exchange is performed first, followed by entry into the incubator. This setup serves as both an access channel for handling samples and can also be used to transfer culture dishes.
Sensors: Accessories such as temperature sensors, oxygen sensors, temperature control modules, and analog modules all utilize top-tier, leading domestic brands.
Control Panel: Equipped with a PLC touch-screen temperature controller that displays temperature in real time and monitors changes in the operating curve.
★Real-time control of O2, CO2 concentration, humidity, and temperature is available.
Inflation and deflation: Equipped with a dual foot-operated switch, allowing direct foot control for inflating and deflating the operating chamber.
Interface: Features a USB port and can store 24 months of data.
Safety System: Equipped with an RCD (Residual Current Device). Features an oil-free vacuum pump.
