| Description
Scope of application:
The dual-position anaerobic incubator is a specialized piece of equipment designed to create a strictly oxygen-free environment with an oxygen concentration ≤0.1% through a triple deoxygenation mechanism (vacuum displacement, inert gas purging, and palladium-catalyzed oxygen removal). It is primarily used in applications such as anaerobic microbial culture and preservation (e.g., clinical diagnostics, microbial fermentation), biopharmaceuticals (vaccine development/antibiotic production), environmental engineering (optimizing wastewater degradation), and food & agriculture (cheese fermentation/soil microbiology research), among other fields.
Structural features:
Outer Enclosure: The enclosure is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with electrostatic powder coating that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability and robustness while providing exceptional rust resistance.
Laboratory: Supports both anaerobic and microaerophilic cultures (oxygen concentration: 0–10%), with an inner chamber made of stainless steel and finished with a mirror-polished surface.
★Operation room: One-click automatic anaerobic gas replacement.
★The operation room gas replacement utilizes fully automatic control technology, featuring both positive and negative pressure protection.
The operation room is equipped with an oxygen-removal catalytic device that uses a highly efficient palladium catalyst, eliminating the need for frequent activation.
Standard features include illumination lamps, UV sterilization lamps, and power outlets.
Culture Room: Equipped with full-room constant-temperature technology, this space allows for the batch placement of petri dishes and Erlenmeyer flasks for cultivation, as well as accommodating small instruments such as mini shakers. Centrifuges and more.
Observe the glass: Ultra-transparent acrylic observation window for clear visibility during operation;
★The observation window can be opened upward, making it convenient to place larger instruments and for cleaning.
Sampling Room: The sampling (passageway) room features automatic vacuum pumping and automatic pressure maintenance functions.
★Sample chamber anaerobic one-touch automatic gas exchange.
Sample transfer: Cabin-style operation—before entering or exiting, first perform a gas exchange, then proceed into the incubator. This setup serves as both an entry/exit pathway and can also be used to transfer culture dishes.
Sensors: Components such as the temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, temperature control module, and analog module all utilize top-tier, domestically renowned brands.
Control Panel: Equipped with a PLC touch-screen temperature controller for accurate and intuitive temperature and gas concentration management, displaying temperature readings in real time along with the evolving trends of the operational curve.
Inflation and deflation: Equipped with a dual foot-operated switch, allowing direct foot control of the operation chamber’s inflation and deflation processes.
Interface: Equipped with a USB port, capable of storing data for 24 months.
Safety System: Equipped with an RCD (Residual Current Device). Features an oil-free vacuum pump.
