| Description
Scope of application:
An anaerobic incubator is a specialized piece of equipment that creates a strictly oxygen-free environment with oxygen concentrations ≤0.1% through a triple deoxygenation mechanism (vacuum displacement, inert gas purging, and palladium-catalyzed oxygen removal). It is primarily used in applications such as the cultivation and preservation of anaerobic microorganisms (e.g., in clinical diagnostics and microbial fermentation), biopharmaceuticals (including vaccine development and antibiotic production), environmental engineering (for optimizing wastewater degradation), and food & agriculture (such as cheese fermentation and soil microbiology research).
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface. This results in a sturdy, robust design with exceptional rust-resistant properties.
Laboratory: Supports both anaerobic and microaerophilic cultures (oxygen concentration: 0–10%). The inner chamber is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish.
★One-click automatic gas purging in the operating room under anaerobic conditions.
★The operation room gas replacement utilizes fully automated control technology, featuring both positive and negative pressure protection.
The operation room is equipped with an oxygen-removal catalytic device featuring a highly efficient palladium catalyst, eliminating the need for frequent activation. Standard features include an illumination lamp, a UV sterilization lamp, and power outlets.
Culture Room: Equipped with full-room temperature control technology, this space allows for the simultaneous placement of multiple petri dishes and Erlenmeyer flasks for cultivation, as well as smaller instruments such as mini shakers, centrifuges, and more.
Observe the glass: ★ Ultra-clear acrylic viewing window for clear visibility during operation; the viewing window can be opened upward, making it easy to place larger instruments and clean the unit.
Sampling Chamber: ★The sampling (passageway) chamber features automatic vacuum pumping and automatic pressure maintenance. It also offers one-touch, automated anaerobic gas exchange for sampling.
Sample Transfer: Hatch-style operation—before entering or exiting, a gas exchange is performed first, followed by entry into the incubator. This setup serves as both an access pathway and can also be used to transfer culture dishes.
Sensors: Accessories such as temperature sensors, oxygen sensors, temperature control modules, and analog modules all utilize top-tier, domestically renowned brands.
Control Panel: Equipped with a PLC touch-screen temperature controller for precise and intuitive monitoring of temperature and gas concentration, displaying temperature readings in real time along with the evolving trends of the operating curve.
Inflation and deflation: Equipped with a dual foot-operated switch, allowing direct foot control for inflating and deflating the operating chamber.
Interface: Features a USB port and can store 24 months of data.
Safety System: Equipped with an RCD (Residual Current Device). Features an oil-free vacuum pump.
