Scope of application:
The vertical precision forced-air drying oven is a versatile piece of equipment that utilizes PLC-controlled forced convection airflow to achieve precise temperature regulation. It’s specifically designed for the drying, baking, sterilization, and heat treatment of non-flammable and non-explosive materials. Its core applications span across industries such as industrial manufacturing (e.g., aging of electronic components or dehydration of chemical raw materials), medical and pharmaceutical sectors (e.g., dry-heat sterilization of instruments), food processing (e.g., drying meats and vegetables), and scientific research and quality control (e.g., testing material resistance to high temperatures). Additionally, it supports routine operations in teaching laboratories, such as drying glassware.
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly—and convenient adjustments.
Insulation Layer: An insulation and protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal performance. This effectively ensures stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Features a high-density, synthetic, heat-resistant silicone seal strip that prevents heat loss and ensures reliable performance even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures, delivering an extended service life.
Observe through glass: The double-layer tempered glass viewing window provides a clear view of the heated items inside the chamber while also offering excellent insulation performance.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: PLC-equipped smart touch-screen temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It features temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control.
Equipped with a USB port for real-time data storage.
Features three-level permission management and audit tracking.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant-temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
