Scope of application:

A high-temperature forced-air drying oven is a specialized piece of equipment that uses a PID intelligent temperature-control system combined with forced-air technology to test the reliability of materials and products under high-temperature, constant-temperature conditions. It is widely used in fields such as electronic components (e.g., chip/circuit board aging resistance), automotive parts (e.g., thermal deformation of seals), aerospace materials (e.g., coating stability), chemical and defense industries (e.g., cable insulation lifespan), and research institutions (e.g., new material synthesis).

 

Structural features:

Temperature: The maximum operating temperature can reach up to 500°C.

Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.

Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel, and the shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly, allowing for convenient adjustments.

Insulation Layer: An insulation protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation and ensuring precise, stable temperatures inside the chamber.

Sealing Technology: Features a double-layer asbestos rope seal with a concave design, ensuring superior closure and effectively preventing heat loss. It’s capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to high temperatures, delivering an extended service life.

Air Duct: Long-axis wind turbine with heat-dissipating fin-type fans, designed for high-temperature resistance and featuring a forced-convection ventilation structure to enhance temperature response speed.

Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, temperature correction feature, and timing function.

Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant-temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.

Safety: Ground fault circuit interrupter, auxiliary temperature control.

Optional Features: Multi-stage programmable controller (with customizable multiple temperature and time settings that switch automatically), needle-printing function, and USB storage interface.
