Scope of application:
A vacuum drying oven is a specialized drying device designed for heat-sensitive, decomposable, and oxidation-prone materials. It uses a vacuum pump to reduce the internal pressure inside the chamber to below 133 Pa, lowering the boiling point of liquids and enabling efficient dehydration at low temperatures. Structural features:
Outer box body: The enclosure features a carefully selected cold-rolled steel sheet base material, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface—durable, robust, and offering exceptional rust resistance.
Studio: The inner liner is made from SUS304 stainless steel, and the rectangular chamber design maximizes the effective volume.
Insulation layer: The enclosure is equipped with an insulated protective system that provides excellent thermal insulation, effectively ensuring stable and accurate internal temperatures while minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Super-strong, high-pressure-resistant silicone rubber door seal ensures the maintenance of ultra-high vacuum inside the chamber.
Observe the glass: Double-layer observation window—featuring a thickened tempered glass inner pane—that ensures operator safety while providing a clear view of the chamber’s interior.
Temperature Control: Configure a constant-temperature system equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller with automatic vacuum control, offering high precision and zero overshoot.
Gas connection: Inert gas can be introduced into the workshop (with inflation pressure not exceeding 0.1 MPa), allowing storage, heating, testing, and drying to take place in an oxygen-free or inert-gas-enriched environment—preventing oxidation altogether.
Heater: The heaters are all located on the shelves inside the cabinet, effectively minimizing heat loss.
Independent temperature control: Each shelf is equipped with a dedicated temperature sensor and features an independent control circuit, ensuring precise responses tailored to the specific drying needs of different loads. Additionally, every shelf allows for standalone display and control of set temperatures, real-time monitoring, and timing functions. The heating elements are directly installed beneath the shelves, eliminating temperature inconsistencies for more accurate measurements and consistently stable temperature control. [Note: Independent temperature control functionality is standard only on models 90L and larger.]
Optional Features: Optional features include a touch-screen temperature controller, 30-segment program operation, automatic vacuum control, automatic pressure-holding capability, needle-type printing function, USB storage interface, and a oil-free vacuum pump.
