| Description
Scope of application:
The low-temperature circulating water bath is widely used in research departments such as petroleum, chemical engineering, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, light industry, food processing, material property testing, and chemical analysis, as well as in universities, quality control centers of enterprises, and production facilities. It provides users with a precisely controlled, uniformly distributed, and stable thermal environment—alternating between heating and cooling—to conduct consistent-temperature experiments or tests on both experimental samples and manufactured products.
Structural features:
Outer Box Body: The box body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface. This results in a sturdy, robust structure with exceptional rust-resistant performance.
Workshop: The inner liner and workbench are made from SUS304 stainless steel, featuring a mirror-polished finish that offers excellent corrosion resistance and ensures long-lasting durability.
Control Panel: Equipped with a microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller featuring high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It also includes temperature correction and timing functions.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant-temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Key components such as heaters and circulation pumps are all sourced from top-tier brand manufacturers.
Drain outlet: Equipped with an external connection port linked to the bathtub for convenient drainage.
Safety systems: Over-temperature protection, low-temperature alarm, and dry-burn prevention.
Optional Features: High-precision temperature controller (temperature resolution up to 0.001°C) and USB storage interface.
Customizable in various sizes and specifications to meet user needs.
