| Description
Scope of application:
The semiconductor-based refrigerated incubator utilizes Peltier cooling technology to achieve precise low-temperature control, offering advantages such as energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and high performance. Thanks to its advanced internal preheating technology, the incubator quickly restores temperature stability, while seamlessly combining both heating and cooling functions. This makes it ideal for cultivating temperature-sensitive microorganisms like bacteria and molds in low-temperature environments, as well as meeting the needs of sample storage, plant cultivation, and plant breeding experiments.
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Equipped with a 25mm-diameter test hole,
Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, and the shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly.
Insulation Layer: An insulation and protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal performance. This effectively ensures stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Utilizes a high-density, synthetic, heat-resistant silicone seal strip to prevent heat loss, enabling long-term operation under high temperatures with an extended service life.
Refrigeration Technology: Semiconductor cooling technology boasts high cooling efficiency and significantly reduced energy consumption—compared to compressor-based refrigeration, it slashes energy use by more than 85%.
Observe through glass: A double-layer tempered glass viewing window provides clear visibility of items heated inside the chamber while maintaining excellent insulation for temperature control. The unit features automatic heating and cooling control, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure consistent, reliable operation.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-integrated smart LCD temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It features temperature correction and timing functions.
Optional Features: Multi-stage programmable controller (with customizable multiple temperature and time settings for automatic switching), needle-printing function, and USB storage interface.
