Scope of application:
A CO₂ incubator is a specialized piece of equipment that precisely controls temperature, CO₂ concentration, and humidity using infrared sensors and a microcomputer system. It’s designed specifically for scientific applications such as cell/tissue culture, microbial growth, and in vitro fertilization. Widely used in fields like biomedicine (e.g., cancer therapy and monoclonal antibody production), reproductive medicine (e.g., supporting embryo development), environmental monitoring (e.g., pollutant degradation), and the food industry, among others.
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Workshop: Features a gas-jacketed design with six-sided heating technology. The workshop is constructed from high-quality stainless steel panels and includes air ducts that create forced convection, ensuring uniform temperature and CO₂ concentration throughout the chamber.
Control Panel: Equipped with a microcomputer-based smart true-color LCD screen, offering high precision, zero overshoot, and enabling accurate, intuitive control of temperature and gas concentration. It provides real-time display of temperature, CO₂ levels, and changes in the operational curve. Note: The CO2-TSP series features a microcomputer-integrated smart touch screen.
Sensor: Carefully selected infrared CO₂ sensor imported from South Korea, delivering precise measurement data, rapid detection speed, and ensuring stable, uniform CO₂ levels inside the chamber.
Dual Probes: Equipped with two probes that independently measure both the chamber temperature and door temperature, ensuring high temperature accuracy and minimal fluctuations within the working space.
Door-temperature heating: Featuring a double-door design, the inner glass door is heated to effectively prevent condensation from forming, thereby eliminating the risk of microbial contamination.
Sterilization System: Equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter that removes bacteria and dust from CO₂ gas, along with UV sterilization to minimize contamination inside the chamber. Both the inlet and outlet air ports are fitted with additional filters.
Safety systems: Leakage protection, overtemperature alarm, and CO2 concentration deficiency alarm.
Interface: USB port.
Optional Feature: High-temperature sterilization function available as an option.
