| Description
Scope of application:
The battery test chamber is a specialized piece of equipment designed to evaluate battery performance and safety through precise temperature and humidity control, combined with multi-scenario simulation capabilities—including charge-discharge cycling, vibration and shock testing, and salt-spray corrosion exposure. It finds core applications in areas such as new energy vehicles (for power battery life and thermal management), energy storage systems (focusing on long-cycle stability), consumer electronics (highlighting fast-charging performance), and even defense and aerospace industries (ensuring reliability under extreme environmental conditions). The chamber features customizable battery holders and incorporates advanced functions like multi-level temperature protection. Additionally, it supports long-term, uninterrupted operation across multiple temperature points, delivering balanced, frost-free temperature control.
Structural features:
Outer enclosure: Standard configuration includes threaded test holes—two on the left side. The enclosure is crafted from premium cold-rolled steel, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional resistance to rust.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel and features a mirror-polished finish. It also includes built-in lighting.
Separator board: A compartment designed to hold batteries, crafted using a special process tailored to battery characteristics. Featuring a smooth-slide, pull-out design for convenient use.
Observe the glass: Double-door design with a double-layer tempered observation window. The interlayer observation glass allows direct access to open the outer door, enabling you to monitor the cultivation process inside the chamber. Its excellent sealing performance ensures that the internal temperature remains unaffected.
Control Panel: Equipped with a microcomputer-based intelligent LCD temperature controller featuring high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It also includes temperature correction and timing functions.
Temperature Control: Features automatic heating and cooling, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Safety systems: Leakage protection, auxiliary temperature control, and equipped with an RS485 communication interface.
