A shaker is a frequency-adjustable mixing device specifically designed for laboratory sample blending (e.g., chemical reactions or biological cultures), industrial quality control (such as testing material resistance to mold), and clinical applications (like fracture rehabilitation or mucus-clearance assistance). Its core applications span across fields including biomedicine (e.g., cell culture and DNA extraction), environmental monitoring (e.g., BOD analysis), and the food industry (e.g., shelf-life verification).
Structural features:
Outer Box Body: The box body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic baking paint process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Control Panel: Large-screen LCD display showing frequency and time simultaneously, with a menu-based interface that’s simple and easy to understand. Features a lockable operation mode to prevent accidental changes.
Electric Motor: Low-heat, brushless DC motor with high starting torque, wide-speed range, constant torque output, and maintenance-free operation.
Safety: Call-back memory function allows automatic resumption of operation once power is restored to normal.
Fixtures: universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp—choose one of these three fixtures.
