Scope of application:
The vertical shaker is a laboratory device that significantly enhances space efficiency thanks to its dual-layer, vertically oriented shaking platform design. Primarily used for microbial cultivation (such as bacterial fermentation or vaccine development), cell research (including stem cell expansion and drug screening), and biochemical reactions (like enzyme kinetics or DNA hybridization), it meets the high-precision experimental demands of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, environmental protection, and scientific research.
Structural features:
External unit: Combines constant-temperature incubation with a shaker in one compact design, saving space.
The enclosure features a carefully selected cold-rolled steel sheet base material, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface—durable, robust, and offering exceptional rust resistance.
A standard 25mm test hole is included on the left side.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly.
Equipped with lighting and featuring UV sterilization and disinfection functionality.
Observation Glass: Double-layer tempered observation window provides clear visibility of the items being cultured inside the chamber while also offering excellent thermal insulation.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, no overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It features temperature correction and timing functions.
Electric Motor: Low-heat, brushless DC motor offering smooth and stable operation, featuring high starting torque, wide speed control range, and requiring no maintenance.
Fluorine-free cooling: Equipped with top-tier domestic-brand compressors and using a fluorine-free refrigerant, ensuring low noise levels and excellent cooling performance.
Safety systems: Residual current device, abnormal power-off protection (power recovery function), and overtemperature alarm.
Optional Features: Dot-matrix printing capability, USB storage interface.
Fixtures: universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp—choose one of these three fixtures.
