Scope of application:

The desktop shaker is an intelligent device that integrates constant-temperature incubation with orbital mixing functions. Controlled precisely by a microprocessor, it regulates both temperature and rotation to optimize growth, metabolism, and cultivation processes. Widely used in fields such as microbial culture (bacterial/yeast fermentation), cell research (stem cell expansion, protein expression), molecular biology (DNA extraction, enzyme reactions), pharmaceutical development (drug screening), and environmental & food testing (water quality analysis, shelf-life assessment).

 

 

Structural features:

Outer box body:   Selected cold-rolled steel sheet as the base material, treated with electrostatic powder coating to form a dense protective layer on the surface—durable, robust, and boasting exceptional rust-resistant performance.

Studio:   The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel and features a mirror-polished finish, making it easy to clean in the studio.

Sterilization Function: Built-in UV sterilization allows for regular disinfection of the interior chamber, effectively eliminating bacteria.

Control Panel:   Large-screen LCD display, controlled by a microcomputer, continuously and precisely shows temperature, as well as rotational speed and operating time—all in real time.

Observation Window:   Specialized high-transparency full-view window, equipped with an adjustable air-stop lever for effortless and smooth door opening.

Temperature Control:   Configure a constant-temperature system equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.

Security features:   It features a running parameter memory function, recalling the previous settings the next time it’s started.

Equipped with a power-recovery feature, it remains unaffected by power outages and automatically resumes operation according to the original programmed settings once power is restored.

It is equipped with an automatic stop protection device: when the protective cover is opened, operation halts immediately; once the cover is closed, the machine resumes running.

Electric Motor:   DC brushless motor, designed for long-term continuous operation—safe and reliable.

Fixtures: universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or Erlenmeyer flask clamp—choose one of these three fixtures.
