Scope of application:
The Light-Combined Shaker is an intelligent biochemical cultivation device that integrates constant-temperature incubation, light control, and oscillation functions into a single, multi-layered, stackable design. Its primary purpose is to meet the demands of complex cultivation experiments requiring dynamic oscillation combined with controlled lighting—applications such as algae cultivation, photosynthetic bacteria research, plant cell suspension culture, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical process optimization, and even biodegradation of environmental pollutants. This versatile equipment is widely used in laboratories at universities and research institutions, R&D and quality-control departments of pharmaceutical companies, microbial strain cultivation and fermentation process monitoring in the food industry, breeding and biotechnology research within agricultural science, as well as in environmental agencies for analyzing microorganisms in water and soil.
Structural features:
Three-layer stacking: A three-tiered, modular design that occupies minimal space; each layer features independent control and monitoring; and the entire structure is detachable for flexible, standalone placement.
Outer Enclosure: The enclosure is crafted from premium cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface. This results in a sturdy, robust design with exceptional rust-resistant performance.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with mirror-polished finish for corrosion resistance.
Built-in UV sterilization lamp.
The tray features a pull-out slide rail design, making experimental operations convenient and efficient.
Observation Glass: Double-layer tempered observation window provides clear visibility of the items being cultured inside the chamber while also offering excellent thermal insulation.
Electric Motor: Servo motor—smooth and stable operation, high starting torque, wide speed range, and maintenance-free.
Control Panel: Featuring a microcomputer-based smart touch-screen temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It includes temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control. The system supports three-level access management and audit trail functionality. Equipped with a USB interface for real-time data storage.
Light Source: Utilizes a sun-spectrum, full-spectrum, cold-light plant illumination source that generates minimal heat on its own, helping to maintain a more stable temperature inside the chamber.
Vertical, top-mounted lighting inside the box ensures more uniform illumination at every point within.
Freely adjustable lighting, allowing you to set the desired level of illumination and easily increase or decrease the brightness.
Fluorine-free cooling: Equipped with a well-known domestic compressor and using a fluorine-free refrigerant, this system features low noise levels, excellent cooling performance, and the ability to maintain stable operation at low temperatures over extended periods.
Safety features: Over-temperature alarm, abnormal power-off protection (with power-recovery function), automatic stop upon door opening, and immediate resumption of operation when the door closes.
Fixtures: universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp—choose one of these three fixtures.
Optional Features: Remote alarm and remote control functions are available as options.
