Scope of application:

The CO₂-overlay shaker is a sophisticated biological incubation device that integrates constant-temperature cultivation, gas environment control, and oscillation functions into one compact unit. Its primary purpose is to precisely mimic the physiological conditions found within living organisms—such as stable temperature, controlled CO₂ levels, humidity, and gentle shaking—to provide optimal growth conditions for a wide range of cells and microorganisms. With its versatile applications, this equipment is widely used in fields like cell culture, microbiological research, medical biology, molecular studies, pharmaceuticals, food science, environmental protection, and numerous other research and industrial applications.

Structural features:

Three-layer stacking: A three-tiered, modular design that occupies minimal space; each layer features independent control and monitoring; and the entire structure is detachable for flexible, standalone placement.

Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional resistance to rust.

Workshop: The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a mirror-polished finish for superior corrosion resistance. It features a built-in UV sterilization lamp and an illumination light. The tray adopts a pull-out slide rail design, making experimental operations quick and convenient.

Observation Glass: Double-layer tempered observation window provides clear visibility of the items being cultured inside the chamber while also offering excellent thermal insulation.

Electric Motor: Servo motor—smooth and stable operation, high starting torque, wide speed range, and maintenance-free.

Control Panel: Featuring a microcomputer-based smart touchscreen display with a temperature controller, offering high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data visualization on a single screen. It includes temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control. The system supports three-level access management and audit trail capabilities. Equipped with a USB interface for real-time data storage.

Sensor: Carefully selected infrared CO₂ sensor imported from South Korea, delivering precise measurement data, rapid detection speed, and ensuring stable, uniform CO₂ levels inside the chamber.

Dual Probes: Equipped with two probes that independently measure both the chamber temperature and door temperature, ensuring high temperature accuracy and minimal fluctuations within the working space.

Fluorine-free cooling: Equipped with a well-known domestic compressor and using a fluorine-free refrigerant, this system features low noise levels, excellent cooling performance, and the ability to maintain stable operation at consistently low temperatures over extended periods.

Sterilization System: Equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter that removes bacteria and dust from CO₂ gas, along with UV sterilization to minimize contamination inside the chamber. Both the inlet and outlet air ports are fitted with additional filters.

Safety features: Over-temperature alarm, abnormal power-off protection (with power-recovery function), automatic stop upon door opening, and immediate resumption of operation when the door closes.

Fixtures: universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp—choose one of these three fixtures.

Optional Features: Remote alarm and remote control functions are available as options.
