| Description
Scope of application:
A stacked shaker is a laboratory device that significantly enhances space efficiency through its vertically stacked design—featuring three independent units. Primarily used for microbial cultivation (bacterial/yeast proliferation), cell research (drug screening/stem cell expansion), biochemical reactions (enzyme catalysis/DNA hybridization), and fermentation process optimization (antibiotic/biofuel production), it meets the high-throughput experimental demands of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, and scientific research.
Structural features:
Three-layer stacking: A three-layer, modular design that occupies minimal space; each layer features independent temperature and speed control, as well as standalone monitoring; fully detachable for flexible, individual placement.
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a mirror-polished finish for excellent corrosion resistance.
Built-in UV sterilization lamp, illumination light.
The tray features a pull-out slide rail design, making experimental operations convenient and efficient.
Observation Glass: Double-layer tempered observation window provides clear visibility of the items being cultured inside the chamber while also offering excellent thermal insulation.
Electric Motor: Servo motor—smooth and stable operation, high starting torque, wide speed range, and maintenance-free.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-equipped smart touch-screen temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It features temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control.
Meets Level 3 access control and audit tracking requirements.
Equipped with a USB port for real-time data storage.
Fluoride-free refrigeration: Equipped with a well-known domestic compressor and using fluoride-free refrigerant, this system features low noise levels, excellent cooling performance, and the ability to maintain stable operation at consistently low temperatures over extended periods.
Safety features: Over-temperature alarm, abnormal power-off protection (with power-recovery function), automatic stop upon door opening, and resume operation when the door closes.
Fixtures: universal spring clamp, adhesive pad, or triangular flask clamp—choose one of these three fixtures.
Optional Features: Remote alarm and remote control functions are available as options.
