Scope of application:

The stacked biochemical incubator is ideal for scientific research, educational institutions, and production departments in fields such as environmental protection, public health and epidemic prevention, pharmaceutical regulation, agriculture, livestock, and aquaculture. It serves as specialized constant-temperature equipment for water analysis, BOD determination, as well as the cultivation and preservation of bacteria, molds, and microorganisms, and for plant growth and breeding experiments.

 

 

Structural features:

Three-tiered cultivation:   The three-tier incubator features independent temperature control, with each layer removable and designed for individual placement.

Outer box body:   The enclosure features a carefully selected cold-rolled steel sheet base material, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface—durable, robust, and offering exceptional rust resistance.

Studio:   The studio is equipped with power outlets and lighting fixtures.

The inner liner is made from SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, and the shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly.

Insulation layer:   The enclosure is equipped with an insulated protective system that provides excellent thermal insulation, effectively ensuring stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while safeguarding the operational environment.    The impact of the environment.

Sealing Technology:   Utilizing a high-density, heat-resistant silicone sealing strip to prevent heat loss, enabling long-term operation at elevated temperatures with an extended service life.

Observe the glass:   Double-door design with a double-layer tempered observation window—allowing direct access to open the outer door for easy monitoring of the cultivation process inside the chamber, while maintaining excellent sealing that ensures the internal temperature remains unaffected.

Temperature Control:   Equipped with automatic temperature control—both for heating and cooling—and featuring highly sensitive sensors, it ensures stable, continuous operation.

Air Duct:   A forced convection structure enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and reduces temperature fluctuations.

Control Panel:   Microcomputer-based intelligent LCD temperature controller with high precision, overshoot-free operation, multi-set data displayed on a single screen, plus features like temperature correction and timing functionality.

Safety:   Equipped with an RCD (residual current device) and featuring auxiliary temperature control.

Interface:   Equipped with an RS485 communication interface.

Optional Features: Multi-stage programmable controller (allowing you to set multiple temperature and time segments that automatically switch), plus needle-printing functionality.
