Scope of application:
The mold incubator is ideal for scientific research, educational institutions, and production departments in fields such as environmental protection, public health and disease prevention, pharmaceutical regulation, agriculture, livestock, and aquaculture. It serves as specialized constant-temperature equipment for water analysis and BOD testing, as well as for cultivating and preserving bacteria, molds, and microorganisms, and for plant cultivation and breeding experiments.
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
On the left side, a standard 25mm test hole is provided.
Studio: The studio is equipped with power outlets and features a UV sterilization device.
The inner liner is made from SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, and the shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly.
Insulation Layer: An insulation protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation. This ensures stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Features a high-density, synthetic, heat-resistant silicone seal strip that prevents heat loss and ensures reliable performance even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures, delivering an extended service life.
Observe the glass: The double-door design features tempered glass in both observation windows, allowing you to directly open the outer door and monitor the cultivation process inside the chamber. The excellent sealing ensures that the internal temperature remains unaffected.
Temperature Control: Features automatic heating and cooling functionality, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-integrated smart LCD temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It features temperature correction and timing functions.
Safety system: Equipped with an RCD (residual current device) and auxiliary temperature control.
Interface: Equipped with an RS485 communication interface.
Optional Features: Multi-stage programmable controller (with customizable multiple temperature and time settings for automatic switching), needle-type printing function, USB storage interface, remote alarm system, and remote control capability.
