Scope of application:
The mold incubator (with built-in humidification) is suitable for scientific research, educational institutions, and production departments in fields such as environmental protection, public health and disease prevention, pharmaceutical regulation, agriculture, animal husbandry, and aquaculture. It serves as specialized constant-temperature equipment for water analysis, BOD testing, as well as the cultivation and preservation of bacteria, molds, and microorganisms, plant growth, and breeding experiments.
Structural features:
Outer Box Body: The box body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
On the left side, a standard 25mm test hole is provided.
The exterior door is equipped with a safety lock.
Studio: Built-in UV sterilization (sterilization time can be set).
The inner liner is made from SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, and the shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly—perfect for convenient cleaning in the workshop.
Observe the glass: The double-door design features tempered glass in both observation windows, allowing you to directly open the outer door and monitor the cultivation process inside the chamber. Thanks to the excellent sealing mechanism, the internal temperature remains unaffected.
Ventilation System: A robust, cross-flow ventilation structure that creates an efficient air circulation system, enhancing temperature response speed while ensuring even heat distribution and minimizing temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: Featuring a microcomputer-based smart touch-screen temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It includes temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control. Equipped with a USB interface for real-time data storage.
Humidification System: Equipped with a top-tier brand humidity sensor and featuring built-in humidification technology, this system utilizes a 316 stainless steel humidification tube to generate steam via heating, ensuring precise humidity control with minimal internal fluctuations and excellent uniformity. The external 25L water tank allows for a single fill, providing up to 15–20 days of continuous operation.
Safety systems: Temperature protection, compressor overcurrent protection, compressor overpressure protection, low-water protection, heater overheating protection, audible and visual alarm in case of malfunction, auxiliary thermostat, and leakage current protection.
Optional Features: Remote alarm and remote control functions are available as options.
