Scope of application:
A light-cultivation incubator is an artificial lighting device that precisely controls both light and temperature, specifically designed to simulate natural light conditions. It is widely used in fields such as plant cultivation (e.g., seed germination, tissue culture, and photosynthesis research), microbial growth (e.g., algae metabolism and bioenergy development), industrial quality control (e.g., material aging tests), and environmental research (e.g., water quality analysis and soil remediation).
Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
On the left side, a standard 25mm test hole is provided.
The exterior door is equipped with a safety lock.
Studio: Built-in UV sterilization (sterilization time can be set).
The inner liner is made from SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, and the shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly—perfect for convenient cleaning in the workshop.
Observe the glass: The double-door design features tempered glass as the inner observation panel, allowing direct access to open the outer door for monitoring the culture conditions inside the chamber. Its excellent sealing performance ensures that the internal temperature remains unaffected.
Ventilation System: A robust, cross-flow ventilation structure that creates an efficient air circulation system, enhancing temperature response speed while improving temperature uniformity and minimizing thermal fluctuations.
Control Panel: Featuring a microcomputer-based smart touch-screen temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It includes temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control. Equipped with a USB interface for real-time data storage.
Light Source: Utilizes a sun-spectrum, full-spectrum, cold-light plant illumination source that generates minimal heat on its own, helping to maintain a more stable temperature inside the chamber.
Vertical top-mounted lighting inside the box, with two layers of light panels, ensures even illumination at every point within the chamber.
Freely adjustable lighting—set the desired brightness level and easily increase or decrease the intensity of the light.
The light panels are available in red, blue, white, and as plant grow lights.
Safety systems: Temperature protection, compressor overcurrent protection, compressor overpressure protection, low-water protection, heater overheating protection, audible and visual alarm in case of malfunction, auxiliary thermostat, and leakage current protection.
Optional Features: Remote alarm and remote control functionality, plus a needle printer available as an option.
