Scope of application:

This product is a high-precision, thermostatic device equipped with automatic control for light and humidity, offering both heating and cooling capabilities. It is ideal for applications such as plant germination and seedling cultivation, microbial culture, BOD testing for water quality monitoring, and other temperature-controlled experiments. Perfectly suited for use in biological genetic engineering, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, forestry, environmental science, animal husbandry, aquaculture, and other sectors involved in production, research, and education, this equipment serves as an essential tool for laboratories and academic institutions alike.

Structural features:

Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.

On the left side, a standard 25mm test hole is included. The outer door is equipped with a safety lock.

Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy assembly and disassembly, making workshop cleaning a breeze.

Observe the glass: The double-door design features tempered inner observation glass, allowing direct access to open the outer door for monitoring the cultivation process inside the chamber. Its excellent sealing ensures that the internal temperature remains unaffected.

Ventilation System: A robust, cross-flow ventilation structure that creates an efficient air circulation system, enhancing temperature response speed while ensuring even heat distribution and minimizing temperature fluctuations.

Control Panel: Featuring a microcomputer-based smart touch-screen temperature controller with high precision, zero overshoot, and multi-set data displayed on a single screen. It includes temperature correction and timing functions, along with 30-segment program control. Equipped with a USB interface for real-time data storage.

Light Source: Utilizes a sun-spectrum, full-spectrum, cold-light plant illumination source that generates minimal heat on its own, helping to maintain a more stable temperature inside the chamber.

Vertical top-mounted lighting inside the box, with two layers of light panels, ensures even illumination at every point within the chamber.

Freely adjustable lighting—set the desired brightness level and easily increase or decrease the intensity of the light.

The light panels are available in red, blue, white, and as plant grow lights.

Humidification System: Equipped with a top-brand humidity sensor and featuring built-in humidification technology, this system utilizes a 316 stainless steel humidification tube to generate steam via heating, ensuring precise humidity control with minimal internal fluctuations and excellent uniformity. It also comes with an external 25L water tank that provides up to 15–20 days of operation on a single fill.

Safety systems: Temperature protection, compressor overcurrent protection, compressor overpressure protection, low-water protection, heater overheating protection, audible and visual alarm upon fault detection, auxiliary thermostat, and leakage current protection.

Optional Features: Remote alarm and remote control functions are available, along with a needle-printing capability.
