Scope of application:
A forced-air drying oven is a versatile piece of equipment that uses controlled hot air circulation to achieve uniform heating and drying. It is widely used in scientific research laboratories (for drying and sterilizing chemical reagents, soil samples, and biological instruments) as well as in industrial production settings (such as dehydrating electronic components to prevent short circuits, enhancing food preservation by extending shelf life, setting the shape of textiles, and curing building materials like ceramics). Structural features:
Outer casing: The casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface, ensuring durability, strength, and exceptional rust resistance.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly—and convenient adjustments.
Insulation Layer: An insulation protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation. This ensures stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Features a high-density, heat-resistant synthetic silicone seal strip that prevents heat loss, enabling long-term operation at elevated temperatures with an extended service life.
Observe through glass: A double-layer tempered glass viewing window provides clear visibility of items heated inside the chamber while also offering excellent insulation performance.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves temperature uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, no overshoot, temperature correction feature, and timing function.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant-temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Fan: Equipped with a fan speed control device, allowing you to adjust the airflow volume freely.
