Scope of application:
A dry heat sterilizer uses high-temperature dry air (160°C to 250°C) to denature microbial proteins, oxidize and break down cells, and cause electrolyte concentration to ultimately kill microorganisms. It is specifically designed for sterilizing and removing pyrogens from materials that are sensitive to moisture but can withstand high temperatures—such as medical devices (e.g., surgical metal instruments remain rust-free, and glass syringes leave no residue), industrial products (e.g., pharmaceutical packaging containers undergo effective pyrogen removal, along with sterilization of oils and powders), and laboratory equipment (e.g., petri dishes and ceramic items).
Structural features:
Outer Enclosure: The enclosure is crafted from premium cold-rolled steel sheet, finished with an electrostatic powder-coating process that creates a dense protective layer on the surface. This results in a sturdy, robust design with exceptional rust-resistant performance.
Workshop: The inner liner is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly—and convenient adjustments.
Insulation Layer: An insulation protection system is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation. This ensures stable and accurate temperature control inside the chamber while minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Sealing Technology: Features a high-density, heat-resistant synthetic silicone seal strip that prevents heat loss, enabling long-term operation at elevated temperatures with an extended service life.
Observe through glass: A double-layer tempered glass viewing window provides clear visibility of items heated inside the chamber while also offering excellent insulation performance.
Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation system that enhances temperature response speed, improves thermal uniformity, and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, no overshoot, temperature correction feature, and timing function.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant-temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stable, continuous operation.
Fan: Equipped with a fan speed control device, allowing you to adjust the airflow volume freely.
Optional Features: Multi-stage programmable controller (with customizable multiple temperature and time settings for automatic switching), needle-printing function, and USB storage interface.
